The room was very clean and I felt safe in the hotel. The staff was nice and helpful. Location was great - very close to the city center but not exactly there so the noise in night was not so strong. In the room was everything needed for few days stay. Very good rate value for money. I suggest it for short stay in Brussels. If available, I will book it again when in Brussels.

Today I returned from the beautiful Brussels and wanted to share my impressions of the Hotel City Center. We stayed for 4 nights with a 7 year old child. First of all, the breakfast is wonderful. There are several types of cheeses, sausages, yogurts, vegetables, etc. The hotel is VERY close to the center. No need to take a taxi or public transportation to see the main attractions of the city. The rooms at the hotel are very comfortable and clean. They have everything you need to stay in the Hotel. The room was cleaned daily. The internet connection is very good. I worked and had great video chatting with my colleagues all over the world via Teams. I really advise you to choose the Hotel City Center!

Wonderful location! The metro is very close and a train station is not far away either. There also seemed to be a bus station almost right next to the hotel. There was a store nearby, Starbucks, Pret, and a shopping street very close by. I would happily stay here again!

After reading reviews of the place by other guests I was a bit affraid..., but everything was nice. Let's not forget this is two stars hotel and as such it is more than you could ask for. Breakfast was good, not huge choice, but enough to start the day.

First and foremost - EXCELLENT STAFF. They go out of their way to ensure your needs are met. Their response aides your knowledge that security is important and service is relevant. The room was good for the needs required. Essentials, clean, comfortable and convenient. You are located in the city, providing easy access walk right into the hub of Brussels and cannot get lost. The staff also manage to go out of their way to provide you service for any uprising problems or needs to be met. Definitely very helpful.

Very clean, very helpful staff (all shifts), easily reached, good b'fast. Very close to Rogier Underground Station .. even though we used taxis while we were there. Our twin room was a bit small in size, but for 3 nights stay it was alright. Hopefully we'll re-visit in the coming future!

The location was very good. We got off the 272 bus from the airport at the rogier stop and it was very convenient to have the hotel opposite the place we got off. Free WIFI connection was very good. The beds were very comfortable. However, the rooms are very small for 2 people. Crossing over is not possible. sound insulation is very bad. We heard conversations in the hallway and voices in nearby rooms. There was hot water and we had no problems. However, the variety of breakfast was insufficient. Olives, tomatoes, cucumbers could have been different types of bread.

The rooms were freshly renovated, with modern furniture, the bathroom was clean as was the room. Every day the room was cleaned and the towels changed. The staff was polite and helpful and the location was excellent for tourists, close to the North Train Station, Rogiers Metro Station, markets and restaurants. Aprox. 20 minutes by foot to Bruxelles Central Sqare. A place we would like to stay at again.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Chrckin was easy and fast. I was presented an upgrade at no extra costs to a double bedroom. Breakfast is available at a minimum cost. The surrounding is pleasant. Bus and taxis easily available. Alot of eateries around, example Starbucks, KFC, etc and mini marts. Hotel rooms are excellent clean, quiet, temp control, and pleasant bathroom with hot shower. Overall a great experience
